Dr.YOUTH Good Night's Sleep No.9 is a special edition of Korean Hinoky Wood(Cypress Tree). The comforting blend of Hinoky Wood, Lavender, Frankincense, and Chamomile essential oils soothes body and mind while helping you unwind and gets a good night's sleep. Pre-diluted with Jojoba, Sweet almond Oils. Massage Dr.YOUTH Aroma No.9 onto the neck, sholder, temples, etc. for 10-30 seconds to unwind and feel calm. For a stiff neck caused by stress, massage both sides of the back of the neck up and down in small circular motions using the attached roller (adjust the intensity of the massage to the body condition). Apply a little under your nose in the evening for a good sleep. Good sleep leads to waking up feeling refreshed and energized in the morning.

How to Use

  • Massage Dr.YOUTH Aroma on the back of neck, wrists, fingers, knees, elbows, temples, or pulse points for 10-30 seconds to unwind and feel calm. If the joint is uncomfortable, apply it to areas where your bones are touched.
     

  • For a stiff neck caused by stress, massage the back of the neck gently up and down in small circular motions using a roller attached to Dr.YOUTH Aroma (adjust the intensity of the massage to the body condition).
     

  • For anxiety, stress, tension relief, apply the soothing scent under your nose for a refreshing experience.
     

  • For quick absorption, gently rub the area where Dr.YOUTH Aroma oil has been applied with your fingers.
     

  • More effective to inhale natural aroma scents while massaging after a hot bath or shower.
